RandomX.js and EquiX.js

RandomX.js is a library that I worked on while I was finishing highschool, it basically implements calculating RandomX hashes in the web (previously, web mining wasn’t possible for 5+ years or so).

I’m going to take the time to modernise it, make it nicer, fix the build system maybe. Then, I’ll see if I can port tevador/equix to the web as well.

Agenda (forever).

• Instead of binary patching for shared memory (slow and the code can’t be streamed), deprecate the { shared: true } parameter and just make two different modules. ✅ 2026-01-09

• Fix the issue with INSTRUMENT=1.

• Deprecate randomx_superscalarhash. ✅ 2026-01-09

• (Look into?) Improving JIT code patterns, precomputing scratchpad addresses etc.

• Get into parity with the RandomX API (I know I miss randomx_calculate_commitment for example).
